Booth is coordinator of Enterprise Delivery Programs for the School
of Management RMIT and coordinator of the Graduate Certificate in
Organisation Leadership which is offered as a Leadership and Management
Development Program to client organisations and industry consortia.
A wide level of experience as a manager and consultant in the public
and private sectors has grounded Chris in the realities of leadership
and management practice. He has worked with the Australian Federal
Government in financial policy and superannuation policy, and in the
private sector in sales and marketing roles in the retail book and
recorded music industries. At RMIT, Chris has been involved in the
design and delivery of Management Development Programs and learning
materials for Crown Casino, Parks Victoria, Subaru Australia, Wesfarmers
Bunnings, CSL, Coles Myer Ltd, Department of Natural Resources and
Environment, Human Services Victoria, Brimbank Council, Subaru Australia
and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in Hong Kong. |
